Description Christian Persch 2007-02-10 01:00:01 UTC
The game statistics are saved into the /apps/aisleriot/statistics key using their localised names, instead of using their internal 'game_file' names. So when you switch locales, your statistics are reset (or rather, not found anymore under the looked-up name).

patch

Use the game filename as key, not the localised name. Try the localised name as fall-back so statistics from previous versions aren't lost.

Thanks for the patch, it has been applied to SVN.

(As a side-effect of this patch, when using gconf-editor to view the keys which store the statistcs, the game names are displayed with the file extensions. Previously, the localized name was displayed. I don't know if or how this should be fixed, though..)

This bug is being reassigned to the "general" component so we can close the aisleriot bugzilla component. Apologies for the mass email!
