During Fedora package review, the reviewer pointed out that gtksourceview contains source files with:
- GPL header
- LGPL header
- no license header at all

while the toplevel COPYING is GPL. I don't think this is a very serious problem, but it may be nice to clean that up.

Known issue: long story short, current maintainers and authors of most of the code want LGPL but it requires hunting original contributors.
