1.  On ubuntu feisty install espeak
2.  build and install gnome-speech and orca from head.
3.  run orca.
4.  bring up the preferences dialog and select espeak and press apply.
5.  Tab to the list of available voices and attempt to navigate it with down arrow. You will only hear the first two voices that you navigate to.
This does not happen on edgy.

I believe this is a duplicate of bug #403631.

Oops, I didn't think that one actually got filed.  I uped the priority though as I think it is a pretty serious problem.Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you find.
