The setting of "Wrap comment after this length setting" is always set to 40 on loading a file, even if it was saved with a different setting.

To replicate:

a) create a new diagram
b) add a UML class
c) change "Wrap comment after this length setting" to 60 (say)
d) save and reload
e) note than "Wrap comment after this length setting" is back to 40
