could not reproduce the bug. after the crash , restarted evolution and everything worked just fine.

A possible cause of this bug is that i moved the evolution folder from one version of evolution to the other and that folder was very old ( maybe the index was outdated). A interesting fact is that it had stored a search query , so maybe the search query was created with a previous version of evolution, i migrated the folders, and now, when i looked at the folder again it crashed. After the crash and a new startup i can search and use the folder without any limitations / problems.
