Please describe the problem:
When you try to drop something dragged in a group of windows in window list, the list of windows don't open,

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to window list preferences
2. Check "always group windows"
3. Open two or three Inkscape windows
4. Minimize all Inkscape windows
4. Press print-screen
5. Drag the thumbnail of screenshot to some inkscape window via window list


Actual results:
The list of group windows don't open and you can't drop the content.

Expected results:
The list should open when the user point the mouse over the button.

Does this happen every time?
