Description Sven Arvidsson 2007-01-23 21:04:36 UTC
This bug was filed in the Debian BTS.
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=370380

"Gnome terminal shortcouts do not work properly. In my case, I use Dvorak
keybord layout, but when I press CTRL-Z, it interprets the keydown as
CTRL-"minus", and font becomes smaller, I can not stop applications...

In dvorak distribution, the 'Z' key is in the place where the minus key
is in qwerty distribution.

Xterm and rxvt do not have this kind of problem. I am experiencing this problem many years."

This could be a duplicate of bug 126956.

I am also experiencing this problem. This is on Ubuntu 7.04 using Swedish - Dvorak keyboard.

This bug has also been reported repeatedly in Ubuntu BTS:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gtk+2.0/+bug/23244

And it is a duplicate of bug #162726
