Version: 2.15.5 What were you doing when the application crashed? I just restarted. This happened yesterday too. I arrived at work so I was going in to change the profile to "work" and the network-admin never started. Eventually, I tried 'sudo network-admin' from the terminal. This is how I have access even now.
