Description Michael Monreal 2007-01-23 00:08:21 UTC
In sound preferences, if I press "Test" for "Sound capture" I get an error message saying:

---
gconfaudiosrc ! audioconvert ! audioresample ! gconfaudiosink profile=chat: Could not perform seek on resource.
---

on the console:

---
-properties-Message: Error running pipeline 'gconfaudiosrc ! audioconvert ! audioresample ! gconfaudiosink profile=chat': Could not perform seek on resource. [gstbaseaudiosrc.c(541): gst_base_audio_src_create (): /pipeline0/gconfaudiosrc0/bin1/alsasrc0:
resource can only be operated on sequentially but offset 0 was given]
---

I cannot really make any sense of this, what's wrong?
