This is an assertion message from within GtkFileChooser.

If this is reproducable, could you run rhythmbox from a terminal and see what the message it prints out is? Is possible, doing that with GTK debug symbols installed would be even better. Please see http://live.gnome.org/GettingTraces for more information on how to do so. Thanks in advance!
