Description of the crash:
Right clicked a folder on my desktop, and was prompted with the crash
screen.

Steps to reproduce the crash:
Although not reproducable (seems to have stabilised itself), it was
caused by:
1. Right-Click folder (install-flash-plugin).
2. Select Send-To

Expected Results:
Send to dialog.

How often does this happen?
First time.
