Whoever reported this bug used false email address (v at iki.fi). I (Ville Herva) got all the mails, but I'm not the one who reported the bug and created the v at iki.fi account to your bugzilla. The bug report looks legitimate, though, and I do use evince (but on fedora, not on ubuntu).
