first, sorry for my english and the way I will try to explain this ...

when you reply a mail, a translated string appears before the quoted text,

but this text isn't customizable at all (at least I haven't spotted the option/preference that enables you to change it)

and maybe, it could be useful to implement it (if you think that it's useful) the same way as the signatures

tell me if my explanation is so bad
