when you use the Mortgage/Loan Setup Druid , at the second step you are asked for other expenses (Taxes, Insurance and so on). These type of expenses are not available for translation.

If one of the expense is choosen, the configuration dialog is still in english ( Title, unmodifiable) and Name  initialised in english.

these should be available for translation

I do not know whether this change will be in 2.0.5 or 2.0.6.
