Please describe the problem:
Quite a few, often low bitrate, mp3 Internet radio streams won't play in Rhythmbox. They play fine in other player both on Linux and Windows. I post one example of a problematic stream here.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Enter new radio station with the following URL: http://kut1.streamguys.net:80/
2. Try to play the stream.



Actual results:
Rhythmbox slows down and sometimes freezes completely. The stream will not play.

Expected results:
The stream should play.

Does this happen every time?
Yes.

Other information:
It seems to happen with a lot of lower bitrate mp3 streams.
