Closed Evolution.
Closed Ekiga.

Closing Ekiga as it appears to have screwed my Evolution contact list.

Sounds like the usual bug in Gnome-VFS.

That it screwed your contact list while crashing (maybe the crash interrupted a write) is quite possible, though it's the first time i hear it in that context :-(
