Description Jan Niklas Hasse (Account disabled) 2006-12-10 21:15:11 UTC
Often you open a config file with nautilus to edit it in gedit. But after you edited you recognize that you aren't root! So you have to start nautilus with "gksudo nautilus" and open the file again and edit everything again.
It would be cool if gedit pops up a dialog (maybe something with gksudo) when you press the save button in this case (you have opened the file without root rights) and you could type in the password needed and then gedit saves the file.
