Description of problem:
If you're creating a filter, and you select 'new' for the folder, it should
automatically have that folder selected after you have created it.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
evolution-2.8.0-15.el5

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new filter.
2. Select 'new' for the folder to be used by the filter. 
3. Create a new folder, and hit ok.
  
Actual results:
Not selected by default; have to select it again.

Expected results:
Should be selected.
