Description Germán Poo-Caamaño 2006-11-28 17:53:20 UTC
The fish only swims in the main screen and it is not possible to run it in other window.

For instance, I have a multihead setting (Me second monitor located in the left of the main one) and I can reproduce the bug with the following steps:

1. Press Alt-F2 in the second screen
2. Run 'free the fish'
3. The fish appears in the other screen, not where it was launched.

The excepted behavior is having the fish in the same screen where it was launched.

I should mark this bug as critical, I guess.

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
However, you are using a version that is too old and not supported anymore. GNOME developers are no longer working on that version, so unfortunately there will not be any bug fixes for the version that you use.

By upgrading to a newer version of GNOME you could receive bug fixes and new functionality. You may need to upgrade your Linux distribution to obtain a newer version of GNOME.
Please feel free to reopen this bug if the problem still occurs with a newer version of GNOME.
