Description andreas 2006-11-28 01:24:39 UTC
What were you doing when the application crashed?
DATE column in mailboxes are showing time in the AM/PM style. There is a 24h setting for calendars but i cant find how to change it in the mailboxes. Is this a missing feature?

I use an English language Ubuntu 6.10 but want to use Swedish 24h clock.

/Andy

andreas, what is your LANG / LOCALE setting? evolution uses the system wide locale setting.
if i remember correctly, you could start evolution after setting LC_TIME to swedish to workaround this.
Comment 2 andreas 2006-11-29 18:11:44 UTC
Im using English and to my knowledge I cant change my locale settings independent of my language setting in gnome/ubuntu. I do not wish to use Swedish as system/OS lanugage.

This is what I said I wanted during install:
Language English
Keyboard Swedish
Timezone +1 Stockholm
Comment 3 André Klapper 2006-11-29 19:08:40 UTC
andreas, this did not answer my questions. :-)

what's the output of the command "locale"?
Comment 4 andreas 2006-11-29 19:32:30 UTC
Yeah I know it dident but then again I did use the simple bugform in gnome/evolution so Im a newbie user. This is my locale output. And of course it is US.UTF since I want to use an English OS. Swedish is no good but then again I want to use 24h clock since am/pm is weird. Since there is a 24h setting in evolution for calendar why not one for mailboxes?

/Andy

hi andreas, see http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=332190 , this report here is probably a duplicate.
