Please describe the problem:
Sometimes when you hover over something that produces a tooltip near the edge of the screen, only part of it appears, the rest is off the edge of the desktop.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to http://distrowatch.com/stats.php?section=popularity
2. Hover over the number next to 'Ubuntu' in the 'Last 1 month' column


Actual results:
Only part of the tooltip will be displayed

Expected results:
The whole tooltip is shown on the screen

Does this happen every time?
So far, yes
