Description Jon Leighton 2006-11-24 16:20:52 UTC
I use F-Spot to manage all my photos. Often I import a lot of photos from my camera, and then sort through them on my computer, separating the good from the bad. I find it a bit tedious that to actually delete the unwanted photos I have to Right Click -> Delete from drive. Pressing the delete key removes the photo(s) from the catalogue rather than actually deleting them. I *never* want to remove photos from the catalogue - I either want them or not. So from my point of view it would make much more sense to make "Delete from drive" the action which happens when delete is pressed.

Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you find.

I know it's not really a duplicate, but because we care about not losing any data, i think it's better to have shortcuts for both removing from catalog and removing from disk. Have a look at the other issue.
