GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 378802
the sidebar forgets is width
Last modified: 2006-11-24 14:14:34 UTC
Please describe the problem: I open Totem always in fullscreen-mode, because I want see the movie on the howl screen, not only in a part of it, even if the video is very small. I use the sidebar to see the movie's in the play-list, or the information about currently running movie (code, size...). But every time I open totem the sidebar has forgotten it's width, if the started movie is small (around 300x200px) the sidebar need nearly the howl screen for itself, this is annoying. This has changed in nearyl every new Totem release since 2.12, in some releases this works, in the next not, in the next it works...s Steps to reproduce: 1. Open totem with a small sized movie in fullscreen-mode with the sidebar Actual results: The sidebar takes the howl screen. Expected results: The sidebar should use the same "space" as the last time I used totem. Does this happen every time? Yes. Other information:

It's a duplicate of bug 365211, we just never committed the fixes to the stable branch. Should be in 2.16.4 very soon. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 365211 ***
That's great! Thank you :-)
