Ok, the title makes up pretty much sense as it's obvious you can't delete files belonging to root as other user, but I think it would be great if in these cases something like a password dialog showed up so that these files can be properly erased, or at least, when there are files owned by you and by root, it deletes the ones belonging to you, as it's really awkward to have to issue something like: sudo rm -rf .Trash/* to solve this.
