Unfortunately, that stack trace is missing some elements that will help a lot to solve the problem, so it will be hard for the developers to fix that crash. As this was a development version, it looks like it crashed on a critical error message. Could you run the program again from a terminal window, and if there are any error messages when you try installing the theme again?
