Description koos 2006-11-20 18:16:03 UTC
When trying to create a directory, through the mkdir dialog (F7), in a dir where I have no write permissions a popup appears with the 'access denied' message. After dismissing this message the focus does not return to the mkdir dialog.

Other information:
After clicking on the 'access denied' it would be convenient to return the mkdir dialog, without using the mouse, to change the name of the directory to be made.

I can confirm this. It returns focus on the main gnome-commander window.

Reproduced on:

Ubuntu: 11.04 alpha 1
gnome-commander: 1.2.8.8

The dialog is still open for mkdir but focus goes wrong.

I believe that the action should be to close the mkdir window when the dir is trying to be created and give the error. If there is a error then focus on the error and then close to the gnome-commander window without the mkdir dialog showing. (since that gave a error)

Or have a permission check before the dialog for mkdir is open that gives the permission error.

Regards,
Niklas
