Description of Problem:
Newly added category does not appear in the Category List in the search
bar.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to the Calendar and select New
2. Add a new appointment then select Categories
3. Enter a new Category and save.
4. After you assign the new category to an appointment go to the search
bar at the top.
5. Select the search parameter and set it to "Category is"
6. Select "Any Category" and the new category does not show in the list
of categories.


Actual Results:
No category in the list of categories when selecting "Category is" and
then "Any Category" from the search bar.

Expected Results:
Evolution should show the newly created category.

How often does this happen?
Every time.

It's in 2.23.x since 2008-04-30, because it required API extension on EDS part.
