Please describe the problem:
I use evolution 2.8.1.1 on windows XP.
If i try attach any file(select
file in file selection dialog) then i recive next message about impossibility to attach any attachment to the mail message.

Steps to reproduce:
1. I run evolution and press button "New/Mail message"
2. Click "show attachment bar"
3. Right-click on attachment area in bottom window "Compose message", and select punkt "Add attachment..."
4. Appear file selection dialog and i select any file(for example `/c:/AUTOEXEC.BAT') with this dialog and click "Attach"

Actual results:
After these steps i see error message - "You cannot attach the file `/c:/AUTOEXEC.BAT' to this message. No such file"

Expected results:
Expect this problem all work normal.

Does this happen every time?
It is happen every time and with any file.

Other information:
On evolution 2.6.2 and gnome enviroment 2.14 on win32 no this problem.
