Please describe the problem:
when trying to play stream from democracynow.org totem gives the following message:
Totem could not play 'rtsp://rxns-rbn-sea11.rbn.com/farm/*/demnow/demnow/demand/2006/nov/video/dnB20061110a.rm'.
Internal GStreamer error: negotiation problem.  Please file a bug at http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=GStreamer .
