What were you doing when the application crashed? El correo tiene varias imagenes. He pulsado sobre la primera y se ha abierto correctamente, al pulsar sobre la segunda, se ha producido el error. Distribution: Ubuntu 6.10 (edgy) Gnome Release: 2.16.1 2006-10-02 (Ubuntu) BugBuddy Version: 2.16.0 Memory status: size: 228589568 vsize: 0 resident: 228589568 share: 0 rss: 39604224 rss_rlim: 0 CPU usage: start_time: 1163196982 rtime: 0 utime: 1550 stime: 0 cutime:1394 cstime: 0 timeout: 156 it_real_value: 0 frequency: 0 Backtrace was generated from '/usr/bin/evolution-2.8' (no debugging symbols found) Using host libthread_db library "/lib/tls/i686/cmov/libthread_db.so.1". Thanks for the bug report. Unfortunately, that stack trace is not very useful in determining the cause of the crash. Could you please install some debugging packages [1] and reproduce the crash, if possible? Once bug-buddy pops up, you can find the stacktrace in the "details", now containing way more information. Please copy that stacktrace and paste it as a comment here. Thanks! Also, could you please translate the description? [1] debugging packages for evolution, evolution-data-server and gtkhtml, plus debugging packages for some basic GNOME libs. More details can be found here: http://live.gnome.org/GettingTraces/DistroSpecificInstructions
It will try to translate it best the possible thing, I feel it by the misspelling. The problem. The mail has several images. I have pressed on first and it has been opened correctly, when pressing on second, has taken place the error. It is possible to be reproduced without problems. the images have format JPG. and visualizing of images, is the one that the client uses evolution. I hope to have helped. Thanks. ---------------Trace-------------- Distribution: Ubuntu 6.10 (edgy) Gnome Release: 2.16.1 2006-10-02 (Ubuntu) BugBuddy Version: 2.16.0 Memory status: size: 208576512 vsize: 0 resident: 208576512 share: 0 rss: 40796160 rss_rlim: 0 CPU usage: start_time: 1163249196 rtime: 0 utime: 2310 stime: 0 cutime:2114 cstime: 0 timeout: 196 it_real_value: 0 frequency: 0 Backtrace was generated from '/usr/bin/evolution-2.8' (no debugging symbols found) Using host libthread_db library "/lib/tls/i686/cmov/libthread_db.so.1".
