When you query for untagged photos (Find>Untagged photos) and 'Remove Photo from Catalog', the query gets reset and all pictures are shown again. 

Even after removing photos, F-spot should keep the view to only show untagged photos.

Thanks for the bug report jimmac. But it's already reported as bug #362120.
