Description Bruce M. Simpson 2006-11-09 13:32:05 UTC
Documentation
Section: Appendix C - Contributed Account Trees
Appendix C of the GnuCash Guide contains an example account hierarchy for running a UK based business registered for VAT tax, but there is no example account hierarchy shipping with GnuCash for this.

Correct version:
I wish to submit a file but there's no attach file dialog here.

Other information:
This was originally written by Vincent Venova in 2003; I just spent a small amount of time creating it in the 2.0.2 GUI.

Sample UK VAT GnuCash account file

I think this needs to be turned into an .xea to be useful, but I don't know how to do that!

trunk/@15969, 2.1.1. I simply copied the accounts/C/ (en_US) example account files and added this one (converted to an ".xea"). Please feel more than free to submit fixes to either! :)
