Description of the crash:
When viewing a dvi document created by lyx 1.4, evince crashes after I press
ctrl-r (reload) three times

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. run lyx load something around 10 pages long
2. press control-T in lyx to generate a dvi document and load evince
3. in evince press ctrl-r three times.

Expected Results:
I'd expect a reload of paper, instead I get a "quit unexpectedly"
