GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 369543
eog crashes on quit
Last modified: 2006-11-02 18:14:54 UTC
Version: 2.16.1 What were you doing when the application crashed? Opened a big tiff file three times (instead of one). I clicked the icon in nautilus once, then two more times. The first instance of the viewer was opened. Then, in some time, two other instances were shown. Everything went slow. I closed the two last windows, and then there was a crash. The first window is still here Distribution: Ubuntu 6.10 (edgy) Gnome Release: 2.16.1 2006-10-02 (Ubuntu) BugBuddy Version: 2.16.0 Memory status: size: 1671168 vsize: 0 resident: 1671168 share: 0 rss: 409600 rss_rlim: 0 CPU usage: start_time: 1162474728 rtime: 0 utime: 196 stime: 0 cutime:2 cstime: 0 timeout: 194 it_real_value: 0 frequency: 146371 Backtrace was generated from '/usr/bin/eog' (no debugging symbols found) Using host libthread_db library "/lib/tls/i686/cmov/libthread_db.so.1".
In fact, this was not related to opening three files at a time. When I closed the third file, the bug buddy appeared again. I was able to reproduce it with another tif file
