By default, imported files are placed under ~/Photos in folders like '2006/7/12'. I think this should be '2006/07/12', so that 'view by folders' makes more sense. Likewise, '2006/10/5' should be '2006/10/05'.

Other information:
Patch will be forthcoming. This should work well until the year 10000, or for any photos people have in their libraries that were taken before 1000 AD.
