You have reported a bug concerning the Gnome Panel version 1.0.x

That version is very old and we believe most, if not all, issues
have been dealt with in later versions.  Please upgrade to the
latest version (1.2.x) and try again.

Should the problem persist, please refile a bug report.

(We realise that we have not been timely in answering all bug
reports.  Fortunately we have been better at fixing bugs and
we hope that you will find the newer version much better.)
