Once we have gladeui widgets exposed and working a little better
(i.e. can be used without a GladeProject attached and destroyable
by the user etc) we should be able to create a catalog of glade widgets.

IDEs could use this catalog to embed glade into thier IDE using libglade,
and WE could use it to load the glade frontend using libglade
(now that libglade namespace problems have been addressed).

We now have a 'gladeui.xml' catalog which is installed if Glade is configured
with --enable-gladeui.
