Please describe the problem:
I have AIGLX working, tested with beryl an compiz

Today i tried compiling metacity from source (pulling libcm from cvs) and activating --enable-compositor

Then I did metacity --replace and then the background was blue and the windows where blue too. But they had shadows so i did can see them

I use debian unstable and xorg 7.1

My video card is i855g using the i810 driver

please test with metacity 2.18.x and libcm 0.1.1, it should be fixed now.
