Sorry for the lousy bug-report, I'm using the new bug-buddy apparently.
I'm attaching the video file.
Comment 2 xavier.bestel 2006-10-16 17:03:04 UTC
Sorry again, the file weights 1084k, and bugzilla accepts 1000k max. I'll see if I can host it, but I doubt that.
Comment 3 Tim-Philipp Müller 2006-10-18 10:36:24 UTC
So you can reproduce the crash with that file?

Maybe 'bzip2' might be able to compress the file just enough for it to be attached? (otherwise, feel free to send it to me by e-mail)

As for the stack trace, it's really not very useful I'm afraid. Any chance you could install the following packages and then try to reproduce this?

  - libgstreamer0.10-0-dbg
  - gstreamer0.10-plugins-base-dbg
  - gstreamer0.10-plugins-good-dbg (if available)

Ok, you can download it at ftp://awak.dyndns.org/mouse1.asf (but please don't hammer this server, it's my home machine on a poor DSL link).

Thanks a lot, this is very helpful, because this is the infamous bug #336370, and now I finally have a test file that triggers this :)
