I just login to my account and it didn't show my destop. when i reboot it didn't respone. I must turn power off.

I reproduce Bug 376432 with debugging symbols those Christian Kirbach requested.

Hmm... After I try to access the same folder I mentioned for several times, nautilus seldom crashed. But I can't get it crash when I run nautilus from command line as you asked.
