Open a document in evince.
Enable the thumbnail sidebar (F9).
Switch to full screen (F11)
Switch back to normal window (F11).
The sidebar has gone. Display settings are not remembered, even during a single run.

I'm confirming this bug.  It shouldn't be hard to fix it.

Also I changed a bit the summary, to avoid confusions about the size of the window, page visited, etc. because evince can restore them between sessions.

Nickolay has already fixed it recently in cvs. It's a dupl of bug #372474.
