Please describe the problem:
Sending options(priotity etc.) window doesn't appear as it should

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new letter
2. Choose Insert
3. Choose Sending options


Actual results:
Nothing. No window.

Expected results:
Sending opions window should appear.

Does this happen every time?
Yes.

Other information:
It doesn't happen only to me. Other users of Evolution in FC5 have the same.
