What were you doing when the application crashed?
Closing Evolution by pressing the X button. Before closing, I viewed one email and then deleted it. Using maildir format. Actions: opened Evo, click on email, clicked delete button, clicked X.

Thanks for the bug report. Unfortunately, that stack trace is not very useful in determining the cause of the crash. Can you get us one with debugging symbols? Please see http://live.gnome.org/GettingTraces for more information on how to do so.

Hello,

Thank you for your reply. Evolution crashed again, and this time with gdb. Please note that the distribution is Ubuntu Edgy unstable, which means that there are about 30 updates per day (release is comming up later this month). Libraries and other packages are changing daily so there may be some irregularities associated with this bug/crash.

Included are: Bug Reporting Tool output and gdb stack trace.

Thank you.
