Infinite crach loop on entering filtered view of a search folder

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. Predefined search folder, only about 50 items
2. "body contains" filter
3. Nothing displayed immediately crashes. Returns to this broken state
on restart

Expected Results:
Some double filtered mail. Or nothing found


How often does this happen?
Infinite loop (killev & rebooting do no help)

Additional Information:

* would appreciate work around help to unwedge

* no symbols presently. Will download (slow link). If I have not
unwedged by the time downloads complete I will generate a new
stacktrace.
