Steps to reproduce the crash: 
1. Start calendar from on a future date date/time icon in upper left
corner (ubuntu/gnome desktop)
2. Added a new appointment entry, then extended the time period with 30
min. by draggin the end of the entry
3. Save the result

Expected Results: The crash

report it, however.
