Please describe the problem:
Open Evolution, go to Edit -> Preferences -> Calendar and Tasks -> Calendar Publishing -> Add.

The window title of this window is evolution-2.8, this should probably be changed to something more sensible.

  I have improved my capabilities of submitting good patches by the time...

  This patch changes the title of window to proper title saying "Calendar Publishing Add"..

How about using "Add Location" as a title for the dialog? This bug still is present in 2.24 by the way, so I bumped the versions.
