Please describe the problem:
I have four virtual desktops . when i use full screen in evince... it chances all my open windows in each virtual desktop to have the top 1-2inch bar that says "leave fullscreen" . 

Steps to reproduce:
1. open evince
2. enter fullscreen mode
3. switch virtual desktops


Actual results:
see above

Expected results:
a big bar at the top
