What were you doing when the application crashed?
The 'fullscreen toolbar' is visible on all workspaces when working with 'evince' in full screen mode and switching to another workspace (alt+strg+kp_right/kp_left).

sorry... I submitted this bug report via 'bug-buddy'... thought it could still be used to submit 'minor' glitches and stuff... obviously that's not the case and it can only be used to submit severe bugs that crash your apps.
