Please describe the problem:
The proxy entry cannot be reported by orca.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Invoke orca-speech and brl-monitor.
2. Invoke firefox, open the proxy setting dialog in top menu Edit->Preferences->Advanced->Network->Settings.
3. Check the 'Manual proxy configuration' radio button and put the proxy and port number in the entries, press Enter to save them.
4. Click the 'Settings' button to open the proxy settings window again.
5. Press Tab to move focus into proxy entry and port number entry.


Actual results:
The proxy address and port number filled in step 3 were not reported by orca.

Expected results:
The address and port number should be read by orca.

Does this happen every time?
Yes.

Other information:
This bug is visible with Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; SunOS i86pc; en-US; rv:1.9a1) Gecko/20060911 Minefield/3.0a1 and orca 1.0.0.
