Not sure if Epiphany has a function of this nature already.

I have recently been using Safari on a Mac and was impressed by a menu feature that enables the user to switch on private browsing by a one-click option inon a menu. In this mode, history, download and cache data are not recorded until the user switches private browsing off again.

Some information on private browsing is here:

http://www.apple.com/macosx/features/safari/

It is good for browsing confidential/sensitive sites on publically accessed computers. It maybe useful for users in kiosk situations.
